ORDER PROCESSING
We strive to ship your order the day it is received but due to holidays, weekends and timezone differences, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect. We also sometimes need to contact you with questions regarding your order, your address or other important information.
HOW WE SHIP
We ship via a variety of carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping method and delivery time depends on your location, and whether we are paying the shipping cost (AKA free shipping). If you live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, you'll likely get your order hand-delivered the same day. If you live in California or Alaska, it will take longer (2-8 business days). USPS does not guarantee specific days for domestic delivery unless expedited service is selected and their normal speed changes throughout the year. International shipping takes much longer. If you need your order by a specific date please let us know when you order so we can help make that happen for you.
