Orienteer

On a hexagonal grid, players place, turn, and move “compass roses” in an attempt to plot intersections of the rays eminating from these markers. Rays of similar color which intersect at specific points not only earn a score, but also define the paths upon which subsequent moves can be made. Insightful pattern-building can lead to a chain reaction of scoring points in a matrix of these rays. But control of a rose can be lost if an opponent connects the pattern in certain ways.
