Each player assumes the role of contractor/developer striving to complete a neighborhood of new homes in time for the big “Parade of Homes” open house. Start by bidding on lots, arrange the necessary sub-contractors, prepare for inspections, and build each home by stacking cards which represent each level of the home. Can you pass inspection in time? Will you complete all your projects, “building the American dream” before the deadline?
